Wanted to thank you for visiting my new site and especially
thank Morgan for doing such a fabulous job putting this all
together for me!
I got to attend my first National Team Training Camp about
a month ago and had a really good time getting to know all the
team members. The food was really good and we even got to have
steak one night! We also had time for a party and got to go
and visit Bela at his house. We were at the ranch on Halloween
so we got to hand out candy to Bela's granddaughter when she
came by trick-or-treating in her princess costume. She was
soooo cute! It was really fun and I am excited to see everyone
again in a couple of months!
I also just received a letter from USAG letting me know
that they have selected me to compete in the USA-Japan duel
meet in January! This was so exciting to get my first
assignment. Unfortunately, my coach and I had to turn down the
assignment because I am trying to get over a stress fracture
in my ischium (pelvic bone - somewhere around the hamstring).
So anyways, good luck to the rest of the team, I know you will
be getting the GOLD!!! And I will be cheering you on from
home!
I am so excited for Christmas to come! This year I have
asked for a computer and I'm pretty sure that I will get it
because my mom wants me to start doing all my school work on a
computer so we'll need another one. I can finally install all
my games on my own computer and chat from my bedroom instead
of the basement! My brother wants a drum set, and that's going
to drive me crazy, but I think that he can keep it at the high
school in the band room - thank goodness - he already bangs on
everything in the house even without the drums!
Oh, congrats to everyone at the Marseille Cup! And also
congrats to the Region 5 All Star Team - they just got back
from competing in Jamaica!
I will be going to Cincy in January for a camp and to cheer
on my teammate, Taylor, who will be testing to go elite! Good
Luck Tay!!! You will do awesome!!!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I will write
again in December - hopefully I will be training full speed by
then and writing my new journal entry on my own computer!
