    I was able to go to my first concert a couple of weeks ago! At first I thought it would be a drag, because my mom decided that she would be working at a food stand at the concert so that she could "watch" me during the concert. So I was pretty mad and thinking that I wouldn't have a good time. But it was so crowded that there was no way she could ever even see me and she fed us really well - we had free Icees, and pretzels, and hotdogs whenever we went to her stand! Oh, I went with a couple of my friends from gym. And, oh, we went to see Jessie McCarthy and there is one other good thing about my mom working at the concert besides the free food - she was able to sneak a camera into the concert and she took a bunch of pictures for us! I don't feel too bad about her having to watch me at a concert though, because my brother is older than me and she went to the Ozzfest concert to work when my brother went there.

   I also have already been to Woodward this summer. I went with Ash and the other Cincinnati girls. We had a really good time. Mary Lee brought all kinds of crafts for us to do and she took lots of pictures and we went swimming and had a treasure hunt. She taught us how to make these really cool picture frames where you cut all kinds of cool words out of magazines - I also cut out pictures of Jessie McCarthy and Usher - and you put them all over the frame. And she and Terry got us all matching outfits and Woodward gave us some clothes too. It was lots of fun. At first, I was kind of thinking that I wouldn't have a great time because nobody from my own gym went, but the CGA girls and Mary Lee were super fun! Plus, I got to stay in the same cabin with them so it's not like I didn't know anybody. Oh, and Sam Sheehan even came back from college and went to camp with us.

   I'm getting a new leo for Classics and Championships - it's black and silver and has tons of sparkles on it. I get a new warm-up too but I haven't seen it yet. Oh, and this is the best - I also have a new VAULT for Classics! FINALLY, finally, finally, I get to do my new vault at a real meet!! My mom is so excited for Classics because she never gets to watch me compete or practice and she's never even seen my new vault before. She always forgets to take videos of me at meets because she gets so excited to watch me that she forgets to turn on the camera so she is really going to try and get some of my stuff on video this season! I hope she does because I really love my new floor routine. I don't have any video from last season except what Morgan has on my site and those are all from other people!!

   I'm off to camp tomorrow (ranch camp) but it should be an easy camp, because I can't even try to go to Worlds this year, so Martha probably won't even want to watch me too much. I'm probably just going to do my normal training. I'm so excited though because I get to see everyone again!!!

   Oh, and I forgot - I get to see Morgan Evans during Classics!!! She lives in Virginia Beach so we are going to have loads of fun and go to the beach and she can stay with me at my hotel and we will go out to dinner and can even hang out at her house too. (Plus, she'll know where the good malls are!) I can't wait to see her! I wish we had more days to spend in Virginia.
