Hi Everyone -

    Well, summer is officially over! Couple of good things about that though - I am now a high-schooler!! WAY COOL!! And Christmas is just around the corner again!

    Nationals was good this year. I got to meet Morgan (the lady who does my website). Don't you just love the new site she did for me?! I also got to meet my mentor. Her name is Denise and she was cheering me on at Nationals. That was pretty cool. Her daughter made me some really nice bracelets and they also got me a good luck card. 

    I had so much fun in the hotel this year at Nationals! I was in Morgan Evan's room about every night and got to hang out with a lot of the girls. Banquet was great and so was going to the movies and the mall. This was my most fun nationals, probably because I know everyone better now and we had lots of time to all hang out. Also, it was my best nationals because I got to do two new skills and I also hit all my routines! (Well, beam was pretty scary on day two - but, okay I didn't fall!) Oh, and yea, Randi Lau did her Yurchenko double - that was so cute! She is so tiny and cute and to see her out there running toward the vault... well it was great to see her get it on day two - go Randi! I am going to be so sad though, because this was the last nationals for Shayla, Ash, Morgan, Natasha, and Monica to be a junior - I wish I could go senior with everyone next year - I'm only a couple weeks away from it! I feel like I have been with all of them forever and I am going to miss them so much when they are at all the big, important senior meets!! But at least I will get to be in the stands cheering them on next year.

    I have a couple of assignments that I am getting ready for. Martha gave them to me right after Nationals. I will be going to Japan with Natasha and then in another month or so, I will be going to France with Natasha, Shayla and Ashley. Once those two meets are over, I will get to have some fun with some new skills in the gym - no more routines for awhile!!! YEA!

    Well, I'll write again after Japan and France to let you know about all the famous people that I will get to meet from the other countries while I am there.
