· November 28, 2005 - Bianca has written a new journal entry. Today was her last at Flytz and she would like to once again thank Terry and everyone else for helping her get to where she is today.

 · November 20, 2005 - Bianca will now be competing for Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy under coach Mary Lee Tracy. An announcement from Bianca's parents has been made:

Due to unfortunate financial circumstances, Flytz is dropping its elite program and Coach Terry will be retiring from coaching. Bianca will be relocating to Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy and Terry and Bianca are working together with Mary Lee to make sure that Bianca's training continues without interruption.

There have been many tears over the past week. Bianca has been a member of Flytz Gymnastics since the age of six years old; it has been her second home and family for more than half her life. We know things will work out for both Bianca and Terry, but at this point it's hard to imagine going through the day without some tears. Bianca came to Flytz not even doing back handsprings and is now one of the top gymnasts in the country thanks to the wonderful coaching she has received and her willingness to please her coaches. She has grown up with Terry and trusts him with her life. We, her parents, can't think of anyone else we trust with her life and maturity as we have trusted and love Terry. She has traveled around the world with Terry and they have spent endless hours together. They have cried together through injuries or rough times and again over many successes. The relationship will be missed and we regret that Terry could not continue to coach Bianca through 2009.

We are fortunate that Flytz and Cincinnati Gymnastics have shared a wonderful and close relationship for many years. Bianca has known Mary Lee since she was seven years old and first traveling to Cincinnati for TOPS camps. She has had the opportunity to get to know the girls in the elite program and to share good times with them and travel with them. We are confident that this will be the program that best fits the training style Bianca has received to date. Terry and Mary Lee have always had a close coaching relationship and Terry will be available for a period of time to help with the adjustment.

Please know that this decision was unavoidable and all other options have been thought through. Terry is part of our family, we love him, and we wish him the best. We know he will always be Bianca's number one fan and will be available to her if she ever needs him.
